I love to code. Coding is like composing music - just with a smaller keyboard. What makes code different from music
is that it needs to grow and improve over time (otherwise users get angry). You never really feel like you are
"finished" an app. But a piece of music does reach a "completed" stage, and then you can breathe a sigh of relief

A plugin for the Spiceworks Help Desk. I started
using Spiceworks a long time ago but felt that its Help Desk needed some extra functionality. This does
the job nicely, and I guess other users thought so too as it has risen to become the 4th most-downloaded
Spiceworks plugin of all time at over 32,000 downloads.
By default, Spiceworks only has 4 user roles
available: Admin, Help Desk Admin, Helpdesk Tech, and Reporting. That was a bit limiting in my opinion.
Time to change that...
